Mike organized Alaska Cascade in 1981 after being a Controller for a large Multi-State wood products manufacturer and a VP Finance of a Multi-State building material sales company.

He has held licenses in Real Estate, Insurance, Collection, Securities, and Tax.

He was a practicing Enrolled Agent licensed by the Internal Revenue Service.

In the past, he also was hired by a Creditor’s Committee to manage a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and was also a Trustee in a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
